Abstract: This study aims to examine the impact of good corporate governance implementation on financial performance. The research focuses on healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2021. A purposive sampling method was used, resulting in a sample size of 33. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression analysis. The findings indicate that institutional ownership influences the financial performance of healthcare sector companies. However, the board of directors, board of commissioners, independent commissioners, audit committee, managerial ownership, and company size were found to have no significant effect on the financial performance of companies in this sector. These results can serve as a reference for companies seeking to improve their financial performance. Furthermore, the findings imply a need to enhance the roles of the board of directors, board of commissioners, independent commissioners, and the audit committee to boost corporate performance.
