Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the job satisfaction level of the MM FEB Usakti study program educational personnel in 2025, to analyze the factors of educational personnel satisfaction that are not yet optimal, to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of educational personnel, and the effect of work-life balance on the performance and job satisfaction of teaching staff. The research method used was quantitative descriptive method using primary data from 21 educational personnel. Due to the relatively small population size (less than 30 people), the sample size was determined using a saturated sample/census, and the data analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction affects the performance of educational personnel, but work-life balance does not affect the satisfaction and performance of educational personnel.
